This is the portage into Misty Lake in Algonquin Provincial Park. It was a beautiful day, but Brendan got a little cranky along the trail. He wanted to be carried and wouldn't take no for an answer. Mom still managed to find some space for him on top of her pack.

Poor dad had to carry the camera.
