Caribou body language

Getting close to animals requires patience. The caribou on the right is showing some concern over the photographers presence. To calm the animal, its best to pretend to be a herbivor by routing in the grass and pretending to eat it. Don't look directly at the animal and wait until it resumes eating before getting closer.
